Rental Policies

Driver Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Minimum age of 23 years (young driver surcharge may apply for under 25).
• International Driving Permit required for non-residents.

Insurance & Deposit

All rentals include comprehensive insurance with excess. A refundable security deposit is required upon pickup.

• Security deposit: KSh 20,000 via Credit Card or M-Pesa.
• Excess reduction options available at counter.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 1-day rental charge. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. A refueling charge plus a service fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
